I stayed here recently and, the room just wasn’t very comfortable for me.
The bed felt kind of old and lumpy, the pillows were way too flat, and the room got warm at night. I could also hear noise from outside and through the walls, so, yeah, I really didn’t sleep well.
Maybe other rooms are better, but mine just didn’t feel relaxing at all. I probably wouldn’t stay here again...

They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. I also felt like I was being passed around a bit before getting a clear answer. Communication was okay overall, just wish it had been quicker and more straightforward.

I tried using moddershalloaks.com it just wasn’t the smoothest experience for me. Some parts of the site were confusing, and simple things seemed to take longer than you’d expect. I did reach out to support and they got back to me, which I appreciate, but their response didn’t really solve the problem. Maybe it works fine for other people, but from a common-sense standpoint, I feel like a site like this should be easier to use and less frustrating. I’d probably try somewhere else next time.

I had a little problem with my order, nothing too dramatic, but enough that I needed to reach out to their customer support. I sent them a message expecting the usual generic response you sometimes get from online shops, but they actually replied quickly and seemed to understand what I was asking about. It felt like a real person was reading my message, not just sending the same copy-and-paste answer to everyone. They got everything sorted out for me without making it complicated or stressful, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was just a nice, easy experience, and it’s always good to deal with a site where the people behind it actually seem to care. I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering from them again

I used the spa while I was staying there and it was okay overall. The pool was nice and the staff were Friendly, which I appreciated, but the changing rooms felt a bit worn out and a few areas could’ve been cleaner. Not a terrible experience or anything, just Expected a little more for the price

I was expecting a nice, relaxing walk around the grounds, but everything looked really tired. The scenery was dull, the paths were muddy all over the place, and it just didn’t feel peaceful at all. Like, if this is supposed to be a relaxing spot, make it make sense.

We went for afternoon tea and, it wasn’t great. The sandwiches were dry and the cakes didn’t taste very fresh. Service was also really slow, though I’m not sure if they were short-staffed or something was going on that day. Just felt like a let down overall...
